BIO:

Monica is a AHPRA registered Chinese Herbalist and Acupuncturist in The Hills District, NSW.

With years of dedicated study and practical experience, Monica has developed her expertise in integrated care for women’s health. She supports women through all seasons of life with hormone health, fertility, menopause, endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, PMS, amenorrhea and other menstrual irregularities and well as supporting couples with preconception care and IVF preparation.

Other areas of interest for Monica are musculoskeletal pain, digestive concerns and overall health and well-being.

In-person appointments include a consult, herbal prescription, clinical supplementation where needed, tongue and pulse diagnosis and a combination of cups, gua sha, moxa and needles for a well-rounded treatment.  Monica analyses bloods with functional ranges and regularly orders gut microbiome tests, vaginal microbiome tests as well as Hair Mineral Analysis to understand more complex cases.
